One pencil of concentric rings, and the seed decides where each ring is cut. Every ring is a track of equal angular segments set at a random phase: each segment is either filled with the next colour of the palette or left open to the ground. Runs of kept segments merge into long arcs and the dropped ones open the iris, so the same six numbers give a disc that reads as an emblem, a dial, or a shattered halo depending only on the seed. Ring weights vary within one image because each ring fills only part of its own track, and outer rings carry more segments than inner ones. Flat fills, no strokes, no blending — legible at thumbnail size and identical in construction at print resolution.
