The bifurcation diagram of the logistic map x → r·x(1−x): for every pixel column, fix r, iterate past the transient and histogram the orbit. One curve forks into 2, 4, 8… branches (the Feigenbaum cascade), dissolves into curtains of chaos and reopens in windows of order. Log-scaled density maps through the palette — periodic branches burn white-hot while chaotic mist stays faint. Zoom dives into the self-similar windows.
