The curlicue fractal — partial sums of the exponential sum Σ e^{iπθn²} drawn as a path of unit steps whose heading turns by an arithmetically growing angle Δφ = 2πθ·n. For irrational θ the thread coils into nested galaxies, unwinds, and coils again at ever-larger scales, its structure encoding the continued-fraction expansion of θ. One constant, one walk, one line — coloured along its own arc length.
