Hilbert's space-filling curve (or the closed-loop Moore variant) generated by L-system rewriting: one unbroken self-avoiding ribbon that visits every cell of a 2ⁿ×2ⁿ grid exactly once. The stroke colour sweeps the palette along the path, and because the curve preserves locality, colour settles into soft interlocking blocks with fractal boundaries — a recursive labyrinth carrying a single gradient thread.
