A hand-drawn monochrome Op Art bloom. Nested lobed contours radiate from an off-centre focal knot, each ring a circle modulated by a low-order angular harmonic; the lobe phase rotates steadily with depth, shearing the inner petals into curling crescents and unwinding the outer bands into sweeping S-stripes that run off every edge. Gaps between contours are filled alternately ink and paper — hairline-thin at the dense centre, broad at the rim — every contour is stroked with a fine ink line, and a lone hairline construction curve runs through each white band. Seeded low-order wobble keeps the drawing imperfect and hand-made; flat ink on paper throughout — no grey, no gradients.
