A monochrome curved-truchet tiling refracted through a spherical lens. Interlocking quarter-arc ribbons weave the plane into a regular Op Art motif, then a central bulge magnifies the tiles into a glassy orb — crowding them into an ever-finer moiré halo toward the rim, where the flat grid re-emerges in the corners. The Bulge, Sphere Radius, Ribbon width and Randomness knobs reshape the illusion.
