Multiple overlapping rings of concentric partial arcs — each ring layer seeded to a different rotational offset — recreate the moiré interference of long-exposure star-trail photography. A bright accent star anchors the center; softly glowing quarter-arc "blur arms" radiate outward like a compass rose. Inspired by arniebradfo's Polaris CodePen animation.
