Thermal Melt

Lumen & Logic

A false-colour "thermal" bust: a smooth, serene procedural face tilted back with eyes closed, built as a per-pixel shaded relief sampled from a baked 3-D head scan (a Lambert-lit height field, real surface normals) and remapped through a psychedelic heat-map gradient — acid-lime highlights, violet midtones, red-orange undersides, deep-indigo shadow. The lower silhouette melts into rounded, volumetric red-orange drips that hang from the jaw and neck. Heavy grain applied to luminance before the colour ramp dusts the whole image with a band-shifting multi-colour speckle over a deep-indigo ground. Deterministic from a seed, defaults to the Portrait canvas.
