Superposes N circular waves emanating from randomly placed point sources. At every pixel the combined amplitude — the sum of cos(2π·distance/λ) for each source — is computed and mapped through a banded colour gradient. The result is the classic two-slit experiment writ large: where crests meet, bright bands; where crest meets trough, darkness.
