Renders a three-dimensional wavy surface entirely from dots. Two orthogonal sine waves define the surface height at each grid point, and dot size is modulated by the local wave height to produce the illusion of depth. Dot colors cycle across the active palette based on wave height, creating contour-like color bands that follow the wave crests and troughs.
